1. Quotations and Design Approvals

All signboard fabrication quotes are based on site measurements, materials, and digital drawings provided. Production commences strictly upon formal client approval of 2D/3D digital artwork proofs and confirmation of advance deposit.

2. Manufacturing & Delivery Timelines

Standard fabrication generally requires 5 to 8 working days following design confirmation. Delivery and installation schedules may be influenced by site readiness, electrical point accessibility, and local municipal regulatory permissions.

3. Warranty Terms

• LED Modules & Power Supplies: Covered by standard 1 to 3-year factory replacement warranties against manufacturing defects.
• Substrate & Fasteners: High-grade stainless steel 304 and exterior PVDF ACP panels are warranted against peeling and delamination under normal outdoor atmospheric conditions.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damages arising from external physical impacts, illegal site tampering, high-voltage lightning strikes, or extreme force majeure natural events.

4. Site Access & Municipal Compliance

The client is responsible for providing safe access to the mounting facade and ensuring local building or housing society permissions are secured prior to our installation team's arrival.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of contracts or orders placed with SignMumbai are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
